5th CPLP Energy and Climate Seminar

The 5th CPLP Energy and Climate Seminar will take place on 20 October 2025, in Maputo (Mozambique), and will focus on Energy Planning and Financing — the first priority area defined in the CPLP’s 2030 Energy and Climate Cooperation Roadmap by the focal points and representatives attending the 4th CPLP Energy and Climate Seminar in March this year.

This seminar is part of the CPLP Energy and Climate Week:

• October 20: 5th CPLP Energy and Climate Seminar;
• October 21: CPLP Energy Colloquium – Regulatory Pathways for the Energy Transition; and Technical Workshop in Preparation for COP30, with the CPLP’s focal points for energy, the environment and finance; and Technical Workshop in Preparation for COP30;
• October 22: 15th RELOP Annual Conference 2025 – Regular Conference on Energy Sustainability in Portuguese-speaking Countries; and Meeting of the CPLP Energy Focal Points;
• October 23 & 24: Technical training courses on Energy Planning, Adaptation and Mitigation for Resilience, with GET.transform.
